This is a fabulous tasting dressing. Believe me, it's not low fat but good for a change. This recipe came from one of the better eating establishments we had in the city back in the 50's and 60's.
Ingredients:
4 hard boiled egg yolks
3/4 inch square blue cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons green relish
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup ketchup
