Those Fancy Schmancy Green Beans

Dress up plain green beans to make them something special!
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans (or frozen)
2 ounces prosciutto, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine olive oil and garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add prosciutto and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add green beans and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
4. Add broth, lower heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until beans are cooked to desired tenderness.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
