This is my sister in law's recipe. It's a chocolate chip/oatmeal/rice krispie cookie all in one.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cream butter and sugars.
3. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
4. Add dry ingredients.
5. Fold in rice krispies, oatmeal and chocolate chips.
6. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful on a greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
