Lean Beef & Black bean chili - no rice, with sour cream.
Ingredients:
1 lb 96% lean ground beef
1 onion
2 bell peppers
4 cloves garlic
6 tbsp sour cream
4 tomatoes
1 avocado
2 tbsp chili powder
1 jalapeno pepper
1 cup beans, black, mature seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Dice garlic, chop veggies.
2. Saute veggies while browning meat.
3. Add meat and beans to mixture, allow to simmer on medium heat until thickened.
