Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli (in florets, chopped)
2/3 cup cashews (chopped)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
mixed herb vinaigrette (to taste)
lettuce leaf
Directions:
1. Combine the brocoli, cashews, raisins, parmesan and vinaigrette.
2. Cover. chill 1 hour.
3. Serve on lettuce.
4. YUM!
