This guacamole has a real bite to it as well as a lot of flavor . . . not for those who do not like spicy foods Ingredients:
2 avocados, chunked |
1 lime |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin |
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper |
1 red onion, small, medium sized, finely chopped |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine avocado, juice from the lime, cumin and cayenne in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. 2. Fold in red onion and tomato. 3. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. |
