Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Cut meat into cubes.
  2. Add flour to a large ziplock baggie. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over meat. Add meat to flour and cover meat well.
  3. Heat a large stock pot with oil over medium heat. Cook 1/2 of the meat at a time in the hot oil. When removing the first batch of meat, do not drain on a paper towel. Lay on a plate or in a bowl.
  4. Once all the meat is cooked add back to the stock pot and add water and bouillon cubes.
  5. In a medium pot, cook the pasta till it is half done, drain and add to meat mixture.
  6. Cover and continue over a medium, low heat for about 20 minutes. If you like more broth add more water.
