This is a very different salad that uses the Ramen Noodle soup packages without cooking the noodles. A very interesting texture and taste treat. I try to find low fat noodle soup because it can add a whopping 500 calories if you don't. Read more . Wholefoods carry low fat brands. If you add chicken to the salad it's a main course meal. The original recipe came from the Best of Bridge.

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar

6. You will probably have extra dresssing left over. I find it usually does for two recipes. Refrigerate extra dressing or freeze till you make the recipe again.
