Delicious on a cold winter day!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 lemon, rind of, of
4 whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 cups apple cider
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water in a small saucepan.
2. Add next 4 ingredients, reduce heat& stir for a minute.
3. Add apple cider and stir for another 3 minutes.
4. Transfer cinnamon sticks to heatproof mugs, add liquid& top with nutmeg.
