This Ultimate creamy, nicely spiced Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab Dip is sure to be a hit at your next party or family gathering. This recipe can be doubled.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked crab meat, drained
4 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon old bay
1/2 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup romano or parmesan (shredded)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°
2. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine, mustard, spices, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Add the crab meat and lemon juice and mix well.
4. Pour into a greased oven-safe dish and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
5. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes.
6. If you would like the cheese to be nicely browned, turn the oven to low broil for the final few minutes.
7. Serve warm with crackers or crusty baguette slices.
