The spring salad, the first salad with fresh ingredients from the market
Ingredients:
1 green salad
1 sprig green onion
1 sprig radish
2 eggs
1 sprig dill
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
1. boil the egg(s).
2. cut the onions, salad and radish (slice the radish very thin).
3. mix with vinegar and one tbs of sugar and add to the vegetables.
4. cut the eggs and mix.
