This is a great soup for those nights when you need a fast meal. Very flavorful!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans
2 (15 ounce) cans campbells minestrone soup
3 (15 ounce) cans water
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion.
2. Drain.
3. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
