1 granola bar, fiber one bars give them extra boost
1 spoonful peanut butter
fruit
Directions:
1. Spread the peanut butter on top of the granola bar
2. Top with fruit of choice, sliced apples, blueberries, sliced strawberries.
3. Its great for breakfast.
