Ingredients:
2 slices sun-dried tomato bread
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 sliced tomato
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 tablespoon roasted pine nuts
Directions:
1. Put the first slice of bread on a plate.
2. Put the shredded lettuce on it.
3. Arrange the sliced tomato on top of it.
4. Scatter the grated cheese over it.
5. Put the chutney over the cheese.
6. Cover with the second slice of bread.
7. Cut the sandwiches into quarters.
8. Stand two of the quarter's upright.
9. Lay the remaining quarter's on either side.
10. Serve with a salad.
11. Enjoy!
