I tried and liked it because it was so flavorful. I thought of it myself.
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 pineapple (chunked)
1 1/2 cups coconut (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 kiwi fruits
2 mangoes
1 tablespoon honey
3 cups orange juice
1 cup low-fat yogurt
3 -4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Chop the bananas into fourths. Peel the kiwis the cut into small pieces. Peel the skin off the mangoes cit into chunks.
2. In a blender add 1 cup orange juice, bananas, pineapple, 1 cup coconut, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp lime juice, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 tbsp honey, 2 mangoes and 2 kiwis. Blend tell smooth.
3. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, yogurt and ice cubes. Blend until as smooth as you like.
4. Sprinkle the rest of the coconut over the smoothie. Add whipped cream if you like.
