This older couple we used to know (the Jacksons) really could cook and came up with this strangely refreshing fruit salad that I know you'll love!
Ingredients:
4 cups mangoes, cubed
2 cups cucumbers, diced into cubes
1 1/2 cups white distilled vinegar
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except for salt and pepper into a bowl and toss. Let this mixture set for about an hour or more to achieve maximum flavor.
2. Serve with salt and pepper to your liking.
