Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare your muffin pan by lightly brushing on a layer of melted butter.
  3. Let firm in refrigerator while preparing recipe.
  4. Or, you may choose to just line pan with paper liners.
  5. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  6. Add melted butter, beaten eggs, and milk to the dry ingredients, and stir only enough to moisten.
  7. Mix in macadamia nuts, white chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, raw cashews, pecans, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and butterscotch chips.
  8. Spoon batter muffin pan about 3/4 full.
  9. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry.
  10. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
  11. ENJOY!
