They go round the country to different baseball stadiums and talk to those serving food to the fans. One vendor was making these sandwiches and stated that Elvis loved these so they named it The Elvis Sandwich . This is the kind of sandwich I would have made when I was little except it is on a hot dog roll. They did not give the proportions so I will guess at them. They looked so good. Ingredients:
1 hot dog bun |
4 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 banana (peeled) |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Open up the hotdog roll but don't separate it.
2. Spread the peanut butter on both sides of the inside.
3. Place the whole, peeled banana on top of the peanut butter.
4. Drizzle the honey back and forth over the banana.
5. Enjoy!
