The Best Sweet Potato Casserole

This is my mom's infamous recipe. So sweet it might as well be considered dessert. Always made on Thanksgiving and Christmas and many times distributed! Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
5 large sweet potatoes, cooked
2 1/2 cups butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. Lightly rub 9x13 cake pan or casserole dish with butter. In large mixing bowl, mash cooked sweet potatoes. Add 1.5 cups melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla- beat until smooth. Pour into prepared casserole dish. In medium bowl, mix coconut, brown sugar, remaining melted butter, pecans and flour. Spread topping over potato mixture and bake uncovered 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until topping is brown.
