tasty little morsels of perfection. you might be able to tell they are low fat, but they are absolutely delicious and oh so filling. for weight watchers, half of the recipe, 5 pancakes, is 6 points. pair with sugar free syrup for a treat!
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons splenda granular
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Mix the wet ingredients separately.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
4. Spoon in 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot frying pan coated with cooking spray, flip, and enjoy!
