This simple black beanside goes great with Mexican or Cuban meals.
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) can black beans
1 small onion,chopped
1 clove garlic,chopped
1 tbs chopped,fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt to taste
Directions:
1. In med. saucepan,combine beans,onion and garlic and bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat to med-low. Season with cilantro,cayenne,and salt. Simmer 5 mins and serve.
