Great, easy take on salad.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 lb feta
1/2 lb walnuts
1/2 lb carrot
1/4 lb chopped red cabbage
1 tangerine, cut in slices
4 heads lettuce (a mixture of bibb, red leaf, etc.)
fresh ground pepper
oil
vinegar
Directions:
1. Clean greens, then dry and chop into tiny pieces.
2. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
3. Grind fresh pepper on top.
4. Add oil and vinegar to taste.
