Thai Turkey Burgers (Rachael Ray)

Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs ground turkey breast
2 pinches ground ginger or 2 pinches grated gingerroot or 1 inch peeled grated gingerroot
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 scallions, finely chopped
salt
Directions:
1. Heat nonstick skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat.
2. Combine turkey, ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and scallions.
3. Form 4 patties and cook on skillet, 4 minutes on each side.
