Ingredients:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
12 cloves garlic, halved
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef or fish (see chart, next page).
