Thai Soup Paste (Tom Yum)

This is the soup paste I use to make my Tom Yum Het. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
Ingredients:
7 fresh red chilies
1 stalk lemongrass
6 kaffir lime leaves
3 cm cube galangal
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Using a food processor grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
