Dipping sauce for Thai meat skewers
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
1 (12 ounce) jar peanut butter
3 -4 tablespoons sugar
0.25 (4 ounce) can masaman curry paste (thai)
0.25 (4 ounce) can red curry paste (thai)
2 -3 tablespoons thai sweet chili paste (nam prik pau)
Directions:
1. Combine in wok, cook together adding curry to taste.
2. Serve warm as dipping sauce for Satay meat skewers.
