Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups roasted peanuts
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions:
1. In food processor, pulse nuts, soy sauce, hoisin, water, vinegar, cilantro, green onions and hot pepper sauce until smooth.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
