Thai Peanut Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 romaine lettuce hearts
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown chicken on both sides until juices run clear.
2. Cut into short strips.
3. Divide lettuce among individual plates.
4. Sprinkle with onions and peanuts; arrange chicken on top.
5. For sauce, combine all ingredients well.
6. Drizzle over salad.
