carrots julienned
asparagus cut in 1 1/2 in
red bell peppers cut in 2 in strips
snow peas cut in half
green peas/or snap peas
mung bean sprouts blanched and chilled
scallions cut 1in diagonal pieces
water chestnuts sliced
roasted peanuts
lime wedges
cliantro leaves
Directions:
