Thai Inspired Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter ( chunky or creamy doesn'tsp matter)
  • 3 -4 tbsp soy sauce ( not carmel color and sodium benzoate)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce (not high fructose corn goop but fermented soybeans)
  • 1 -100 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • water (to thin out the sauce use as much or as little as you need) or coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Take all ingredients and mix them together in a small pot on medium heat until all mixed and hot (and garlic is cooked) add more water if things are still a bit thick. (if it starts to boil turn the heat down and usually you will need to add more water sometimes not).
  2. Serve over pasta or noodles of some sort and add some stirfried veggies/tofu for a fuller meal.
