Thai Green Mussels

This recipe came from my Sunday supplement. I have not made it yet.
Ingredients:
2 kg mussels, cleaned and debearded
2 stalks lemongrass
2 green chilies
1 green pepper
5 spring onions
4 tablespoons oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 cm of grated ginger
lime, juice of, 2
400 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander
Directions:
1. Clean mussels. chop lemongrass, chillies green pepper, and spring onions and add to the pan with the oil, garlic and ginger. cook for 5 minutes. add the lime juice and coconut milk. Season and simmer for ten minutes. Stir in the mussels, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until all the mussels have opened. sprinkle with coriander and serve with nice bread.
