These beans are great as a side or as a main dish when served over rice. It's super quick and pretty snazzy. The sauce can be used on all kinds of things.
Ingredients:
3 c rice (i prefer brown basmati)
2 c green beans
1/2 c peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp ginger (crystalized is the best!)
1/2 to 1/3 c water
sriracha (or other, subpar) hot sauce to taste
a dash of sesame oil, if you've got it
Directions:
1. cook rice See Photo
2. steam chopped & cleaned beans for 6 minutes
3. in a small sauce pan over low heat, mix together remaining ingredients See Photo
4. CHOW
