Thai Fried Bananas
Ingredients:
2 bananas, firm
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon palm sugar
1 lime, juiced
Directions:
1. Peel bananas; slice lengthwise then in half.
2. Fry in butter until soft and golden.
3. Add sugar and stir until syrup thickens.
4. Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.
