Thai Coconut-chicken Soup

This Thai inspired soup is lighter in calories than its original and very good too.
Ingredients:
3 cups white chicken stock
1 tsp grated lime rind
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbs chopped peeled lemongrass
2 tbs thai fish sauce
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp chopped thai chilis
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, in bite-size pieces
1 ( 14 oz) can light coconut milk
2 tbs chopped basil or cilantro ( according to preference)
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large saucepan.
2. Bring to simmer and add chicken and coconut milk
3. Cook 5 minutes of until chicken is done.
4. Top with Basil or Cilantro and serve.
