Thai Chicken Vegetable Pizza

A sweet and spicy pizza. Chicken satay on a crust.
Ingredients:
1 thin pizza crust (refrigerator, boboli, or your favorite)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
2 green onions, sliced
1 large carrot, shredded
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
chopped peanuts, to garnish
cilantro, to garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425; bake pizza crust for 8-10 minutes.
2. Whisk peanut butter, honey, vinegar, soy, ginger and crushed red pepper together; spread over baked crust.
3. Top with remaining ingredients and garnishes.
4. Omit chicken for a vegetarian meal.
