Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) honey
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
2 teaspoon(s) hoisin sauce
1 clove(s) garlic
12 ounce(s) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup(s) fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup(s) minced scallions
2 tablespoon(s) cold water
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) wasabi powder
1 teaspoon(s) grated ginger
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
2 clove(s) garlic
Directions:
1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Preheat the grill.
3. Combine the beef, bread crumbs, scallions, water, cilantro, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, sugar, and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Shape into 4 patties.
5. Grill the patties 5 to 6 inches above hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
6. Top each burger with sauce and serve immediately.
