Ingredients:
2 pound(s) beef steak
1 package(s) cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup(s) fish sauce
3 fresh thai chillies, finely minced
1 head(s) lettuce
2 limes, squeezed
1 cup(s) onion, sliced
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
Directions:
1. Broil steak to medium rare. let cool. Cut steak into thin slices. Starting with sugar, chillies, and liquids, mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve over rice.
