This dish is so healhty that you want more and more of it....
Ingredients:
1 lb beef. any beef can be used such as the top sirloin used in this recipe.
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 coriander/cilantro sliced long pices
1/4 cup sliced green onions (spring onions)
1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots (small red or purple onions)
4 pices of dried red pepper miced
1/2 head of luttuce (roman)
1/2 head or red lettuce leaves
2 tomotoes wages
1 cucumber sliced
mint leaves removed the stem, leave some for garnish
Directions:
1. Grill the beef, don't over cook it , cut thinly slice it into bite sized pieces. Combine the beef and sauce first to your teast, (remember that you need to have extra strong teast, so when you add vegies it will blend well together)and add all the vegie, mix well together ,garnish with the rest of mint leaves and it ready to serve...it can be serve over rice or by it self...ENJOY
