VERY EASY AND YUMMY....I usually serve this with fried pork chops and a salad. These are really good. You can add or delete ingredients to suit your taste.
Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (14 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
2. Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and pour into baking pan.
3. Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter and top potato mix.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
