My Mom made this alot when I was a kid; comfort food for me!! Easy to make & tastes great. Serving size approximate
Ingredients:
3 large onions
1 large green pepper, minced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked tomatoes
2 cups uncooked noodles
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Saute onions& green pepper until onions are yellow.
2. Add meat and brown.
3. Stir in tomatoes, noodles, chili powder, salt& pepper.
4. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish.
5. Cover& bake at 350 for 1 hour, removing cover during last 15 minutes of baking.
