this salsa serves 30or more and has a great taste. This makes it perfect for pot lucks, family gaterings, and any social event you can think of.
Ingredients:
1 can drained of each
yellow corn
white corn
black beans
garbanzo beans
black eyed peas
add
1 each of the peppers (green,yellow, and red) chopped
3 chopped tomatoes
3 chopped green onions
4 cloves garlic
chopped cilantro to taste
sauce
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
fritos scoops
Directions:
1. bring sauce to boil and pour over the salsa.
2. cover and refriderate overnight.
3. Drain next day and serve with scoops.
