A delicious chocolate frosting for icing brownies and cookies! I like it especially as a topper on Texas Brownies. I like to add a dash of cinnamon to the frosting, it gives it a special flavor. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
4 tablespoons cocoa powder |
4 cups confectioners' sugar |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine over a low heat. Gradually beat in cocoa, sugar, milk and vanilla, mix well.
