Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook meat until brown. Drain and set aside.
  2. Drain and rinse kidney beans. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large stock pot, saute onion, bell pepper, and chilies in oil until tender.
  4. Combine meat, beans, vegetables, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic, and red pepper. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle mixture with Masa Harina. Mix well.
  6. Add tomatoes, beer, salt, hot sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  7. Simmer over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
  8. Add lemon juice and simmer for 30 minutes.
