This side changes the traditional stir fried rice with the addition of peppers, celery and the Tex Mex Dry Seasoning. Time does not include the time for cooking the rice.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup uncle ben's whole grain rice
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp jarred minced garlic
3/4 tbs club house dry tex mex seasoning
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions
2. meanwhile saute pepper, celery, and onions until tender crisp
3. add garlic, seasoning, rice and stir fry until hot
