Ingredients:
3 (14 ounce) cans mixed beans
1 small red onion, peeled and sliced
1 ounce cilantro, chopped
6 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 ounces tortilla chips, roughly broken
Directions:
1. Mix the beans, onion and cilantro together, then stir in the oil and vinegar with some seasoning.
2. Top with the tortilla chips and serve immediately.
