Tex-Mex Bean Dip (Vegan!!)

The base of this recipe comes from (as tortilla wraps)... I changed it quite a bit because I have to please my kids and I don't always have a lot of time for preparation. Sometimes when we need a fun dinner, we eat it with Big Scoop Fritos ;)
Ingredients:
2 cups black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup boca meatless ground burger
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup vegan sour cream (tofutti)
1/2 cup vegan shredded cheddar cheese (daiya)
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
chili pepper
Directions:
1. Place the beans in a bowl and mash until desired smoothness. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave, if desired, to melt the cheese.
2. Enjoy with chips, or place on whole wheat tortillas for a healthy wrap!
