Chili
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
20 ounces extra lean ground beef
2 cups tomato sauce
2 3/4 cups (bush brothers) chili beans
3 1/4 cups (del monte) petite diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
Directions:
1. Saute onions & bell pepper in olive oil until limp; add garlic and ground beef until beef is cooked through.
2. Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, chili powder and cumin.
3. Cook on low heat for three to four hours.
