Ingredients:

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice Combine pineapple juice with teriyaki sauce. Cut roast beef into strips, combine with1/4 cup teriyaki/pineapple mixture in large ziplock freezer bag and chill in refrigerator. Prepare instant rice according to package instructions, omittig salt. While rice is hot, place in large 4 cup zipock container and mix with remaining ingredients, except beef and chow mein noodles. Marinate at least 0 minutes in refrigerator or over night. Arrange rice mixture on plates, top with chow mein noodles and marinated beef strips.
  2. Tip: For picnic in the park, transport rice mixture in large ziplock container and beef strips in freezer bag with an ice pack inbetween.
  3. Per serving: 457calories,34 g protein, 13 g fat, 52 g carbohydrates.
