Great sauce for chicken
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup canola oil (or high heat oil)
4 tablespoons honey
2 -4 garlic cloves, minced (depending on taste)
2 -4 teaspoons gingerroot, minced (depending on taste)
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well.
2. Marinate chicken, beef, seafood in sauce for as long as possible.
3. Cook on charcoal grill until done depending on cut of meat. (Also does well in the broiler).
4. Use excess sauce for basting.
