Teriyaki Salmon And Green Onion Kabobs

Incredible and very flaky salmon full of wonderful tastes. Perfect for dinner guests. Enjoy
Ingredients:
3/4 cup teriyaki marinade
3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon hot chili flakes
2 pounds boned skinned salmon fillet rinsed patted dry and cut into cubes
vegetable oil for grill
2 bunches green onions cut into 1” lengths
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mix marinade, ginger, garlic, sugar and chili flakes. Add salmon and mix gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate 45 minutes. Prepare a gas grill for direct high heat. When hot brush grill with a generous coat of oil. While grill heats thread cubes of fish onto skewers alternating with pieces of green onion. Lay skewers on grill and cook about 4 minutes. Using two spatulas gently turn each skewer over and cook 4 minutes on other side.
